A good night of sleep is vital to your recovery and well being no matter how you are feeling or what condition you may have.
Reposition yourself!
It is very difficult to change sleeping positions especially if you have grown accustomed to a favorite position. However, post-surgical or other medical conditions may require you to temporarily change this position. This is to allow for better healing and lessen the chances of recurrence of symptoms.
There are several choices for mattresses, pillows, and sleeping medications. But I would like to recommend some inexpensive yet effective ideas for sleeping better and feeling refreshed upon waking.
