Treatment Philosophy:
My passion for physical therapy arises from a deep, long-standing interest in human biomechanics and a desire to help individuals optimize their movement and performance. I specialize in orthopedic and sport-related injuries, with a particular focus on non-arthritic hip injuries and the rehabilitation of soccer players across all levels of competition, from youth to professional athletes. Recognizing that many individuals are reluctant to abandon activities they are passionate about, I prioritize modifying rather than stopping. As an advocate for evidence-based practice, I regularly review the latest research to ensure my treatments are informed by the most current and effective approaches. Additionally, I utilize technology to collect objective, repeatable data, which I believe is crucial in making informed decisions and ensuring optimal outcomes for my patients
Personal Interests:
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy running, weightlifting, playing soccer, and trying new restaurants. I love road tripping to national parks and exploring the outdoors. I have previously worked with FC Dallas and Oregon State University Men’s soccer team, so I continue to cheer them on from afar. I currently provide sideline medical coverage for Washington Premier League ECNL boys and girls teams.
